1、只需將它放入水中浸泡 3～5分鐘，就能使其充分膨脹，免去人工注水的煩瑣操作。
2、待冰袋充分膨脹取出后擦拭冰袋表面多余的水分靜止5分鐘左右，再將冰袋放入冰箱冷凍6小時以上
